What You'll Do: - You will perform routine maintenance and repairs on a wide range of rental equipment. - You will troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to minimize downtime. - You will conduct safety inspections to ensure all equipment meets regulatory standards. - You will provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients and addressing their equipment needs. - You will document service activities and maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance. - You will collaborate with the rental team to coordinate equipment availability and service schedules. - You will stay updated on new equipment technologies and repair techniques. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in equipment maintenance or field service roles. - Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills. - Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics. - Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. - Excellent communication and customer service skills. - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a field environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with construction or heavy equipment. - Certifications in equipment repair or maintenance. - Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards. - Basic welding or fabrication skills.
