Role Overview: As a Field Service Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring our equipment is maintained, repaired, and ready for use, directly supporting our customers' success on the job site. This role requires technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to excellent customer service. What You'll Do: - You will diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of rental equipment on-site and in the shop. - You will perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability. - You will troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems to quickly resolve issues. - You will collaborate with the rental team to coordinate equipment availability and service schedules. - You will maintain accurate service records and report on equipment status. - You will provide technical support and guidance to customers and team members. - You will adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times. What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in equipment maintenance or field service technician roles. - Strong mechanical aptitude with knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems. - Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics. - Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication and customer service skills. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working with construction or industrial equipment. - Certification in equipment repair or related technical fields. - Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS). - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
