Role Overview: As a Field Service Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring our equipment is maintained, repaired, and ready for use, directly supporting our customers' success. This hands-on position requires technical expertise and a commitment to excellent service in the field. What You'll Do: - You will diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of rental equipment on-site and in the shop. - You will perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability. - You will troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems to quickly resolve issues. - You will document all service activities accurately and communicate effectively with dispatch and customers. - You will manage parts inventory and order necessary components to minimize downtime. - You will adhere to safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe working environment. - You will provide technical support and training to customers and team members as needed. What You Bring: - You have at least 3 years of experience in equipment repair or a related technical field. - You possess strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills. - You have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. - You are able to work independently and manage your time effectively. - You have excellent communication and customer service skills. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with hydraulic systems and diesel engines. - Certifications in equipment repair or maintenance. - Familiarity with inventory management software. - Previous experience in the equipment rental industry.
