Role Overview: As a Field Service Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring our equipment is maintained, repaired, and ready for use, directly supporting our commitment to customer satisfaction and operational excellence. This role requires technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused approach. What You'll Do: - You will perform routine maintenance and repairs on a wide range of rental equipment. - You will diagnose mechanical and electrical issues to ensure equipment reliability. - You will provide on-site support to customers, addressing equipment concerns promptly. - You will maintain accurate service records and report on equipment status. - You will collaborate with the rental team to coordinate equipment availability and service schedules. - You will ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during all service activities. - You will assist in training new technicians and sharing best practices. What You Bring: - You bring at least 3 years of experience in equipment maintenance or a related technical field. - You have strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills. - You possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. - You have excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset. - You are able to work independently and manage time effectively in the field. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with heavy construction or industrial equipment. - Certifications in equipment repair or technical training. - Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS). - Ability to operate forklifts or other heavy machinery.
