Role Overview: As a Field Service Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring our equipment is maintained, repaired, and ready for use at all times. Your expertise will help minimize downtime and maximize customer satisfaction by delivering prompt and effective service directly at job sites. What You'll Do: - You will diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a wide range of rental equipment on-site. - You will perform routine maintenance and safety inspections to ensure equipment reliability. - You will collaborate with dispatch and rental teams to prioritize service calls and manage workload efficiently. - You will maintain accurate service records and report equipment status to management. - You will provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly and professionally with clients. - You will adhere to all safety protocols and company policies while working in the field. - You will assist in training new technicians and sharing best practices. What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in equipment repair or a related technical field. - Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems. - Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent communication and customer service skills. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working with construction or industrial equipment. - Certifications in equipment repair or maintenance. - Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS). - Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours.
