Role Overview: As a Field Service Technician 1, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and servicing our extensive equipment fleet to ensure reliability and safety for our customers. This entry-level position offers hands-on experience with a variety of equipment and the opportunity to develop technical skills in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. What You'll Do: - You will perform routine maintenance and repairs on a wide range of rental equipment. - You will troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to minimize equipment downtime. - You will conduct safety inspections to ensure all equipment meets company and regulatory standards. - You will document service activities and maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance. - You will collaborate with the rental team to coordinate equipment availability and service schedules. - You will assist in loading and unloading equipment for delivery and pickup. - You will provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions and concerns professionally. - You will adhere to all company safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment. What You Bring: - Minimum of 1 year of experience in equipment maintenance or a related technical field. - Basic mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills. - Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. - Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
