What You'll Do: - You will perform routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of rental equipment including pumps, scaffolding, and construction tools. - You will troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to minimize equipment downtime. - You will conduct safety inspections to ensure all equipment meets company and regulatory standards. - You will document service activities and communicate effectively with the service team and management. - You will assist in inventory management and equipment preparation for rental. - You will support the training and development of junior technicians and apprentices. - You will maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency. What You Bring: - Minimum of 1 year experience in equipment maintenance, mechanical repair, or a related technical field. - Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
