What You'll Do: - You will perform routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of rental equipment. - You will troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to minimize downtime. - You will conduct safety inspections to ensure all equipment meets company and regulatory standards. - You will assist in loading and unloading equipment for delivery and pickup. - You will document service activities and communicate effectively with dispatch and customers. - You will support inventory management by tracking parts and tools. - You will collaborate with team members to improve service processes and customer experience. What You Bring: - You bring at least 1 year of experience in equipment maintenance or a related technical field. - You have basic mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills. - You possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. - You demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - You have good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working with construction or industrial equipment. - Certifications in equipment repair or safety training. - Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS). - Ability to operate forklifts or other heavy machinery.
