Job Title: Salesforce Administrator (Enterprise Environment) Pay Rate: $70-$77/hr Contract Length: 6 months Contract Location: Fully remote (anywhere in the U.S.) Work Schedule: Flexible hours; candidates may work their local time zone About the Role We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to support a large, enterprise-scale Salesforce environment. This role sits within the CRM Platform Administration team and focuses on platform health, security, compliance, and governance—not large project delivery. You will work closely with internal security, IT, and platform teams in a globalized support model to ensure Salesforce operates securely, reliably, and at scale for a large user base. This is an excellent opportunity for an enterprise-minded Salesforce Admin who enjoys platform ownership, governance, and working in a mature Salesforce ecosystem. Key Responsibilities • Administer and maintain Salesforce in a large enterprise environment • Manage user provisioning, roles, permissions, and licensing • Support platform security, privacy, compliance, and audit readiness • Ensure overall org health, performance, and stability • Partner closely with internal security teams to strengthen Salesforce security posture • Support global users across multiple Salesforce orgs • Maintain data integrity through validation rules, governance practices, and quality controls • Operate deployment management processes across environments • Manage releases, upgrades, and platform enhancements • Document administrative processes, procedures, and data flows • Deliver actionable analytics and reporting Required Qualifications • Proven Salesforce Administrator experience in enterprise environments • Experience supporting large user populations (800+ users strongly preferred) • Salesforce Administrator Certification • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Flow, especially in complex orgs • Demonstrated understanding of Salesforce security best practices (permissions, access controls, compliance, data privacy) Nice-to-Have Qualifications • Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification • Experience with CI/CD and Salesforce DevOps tools, such as: • Copado • Gearset • Flosum • GitHub / GitHub Actions • Familiarity with enterprise Salesforce governance models and deployment best practices CI/CD experience is not required but is considered a strong differentiator as the team continues to mature its DevOps capabilities. PAY TRANSPARENCY POLICY STATEMENT Compensation for roles at Suna Solutions varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific client, office or remote location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Suna Solutions provides a reasonable pay scale to include the hourly or salary range that Suna Solutions reasonably expects to pay for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York City or Washington.
