Manage daily cash and credit card transactions, bank deposits, answer calls, handle demand letters, data entry, update sales lists, and assist with property disclosures and other administrative tasks.
Requires accounting clerk experience and proficiency in Excel, with preferred knowledge of Jonas software and HOA experience.
The right candidate should possess accounting clerk, and Excel experience. The knowledge of Jonas software and HOA experience preferred but not required. Job duties include, counting daily cash, change requests, balance and transfer of all credit card activity, bank deposits, answer calls, demand letters, data entry, update pending sales list, property disclosure requests and transfers, maintain folder for vacation watch, etc. and completes other tasks as requested by the employee’s manager and/or General Manager not specifically included in the job description. Monday - Friday 7 am - 4 pm
