We’re seeking a high-level CAD/CAM dental lab technician with experience in full-arch implant restorations, digital workflows, and premium esthetics. If you excel in designing complex cases—from cosmetic smile makeovers to AOX full arches—you’ll thrive in our modern, tech-forward environment. This role is for an experienced digital technician who is confident in implant workflows, precision design, and quality production. What You’ll Do • Design and fabricate crowns, veneers, bridges, and full-arch (All-on-X) restorations • Utilize Exocad / 3Shape, 3D scanners, and milling systems • Perform staining, glazing, layering, and finishing for natural esthetics • Merge CBCT + IOS scans for full-arch planning and verification • Troubleshoot and refine designs for perfect function, occlusion, and fit • Collaborate with clinicians for predictable outcomes and consistent quality What We’re Looking For • 2–5+ years CAD/CAM experience (full-arch implant workflow strongly preferred) • Proficiency with Exocad or 3Shape, PMMA, zirconia design, and digital articulation • Strong esthetic design ability and understanding of smile principles • Someone who is independent, dependable, and detail-driven • A professional who enjoys innovation and continuous improvement If you’re ready to do your best work in an environment that values precision, artistry, and digital excellence — we’d love to meet you.
