Role Overview: As an Account Representative, you will play a crucial role in supporting the LTC Client Services Team by providing essential administrative assistance and helping to maintain strong client relationships. Your efforts will ensure smooth communication and efficient service delivery to our valued clients. What You'll Do: - You will assist account managers with daily administrative tasks to support client service operations. - You will help maintain and nurture client relationships through timely communication and follow-ups. - You will coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met promptly and accurately. - You will prepare and organize client documentation and reports. - You will track client interactions and update account information in the CRM system. - You will respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner. - You will support the onboarding process for new clients. - You will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the client services team. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in client services, account management, or a related administrative role. - Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. - Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. - Knowledge of long-term care pharmacy operations. - Familiarity with client relationship management tools. - Customer service certification or training.
