Job Title: Sales Representative Location: Facility will be moving to Salisbury, NC, this position will be remote with some travel to the facility a few days per month for meetings, etc. Employment Type: Full-Time Travel Requirement: Up to [50–75] % travel required Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team specializing in the sale of paper tubes and cores. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to travel to meet with clients, attend trade shows, and develop new markets. Key Responsibilities: · Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in manufacturing, packaging, and related industries. · Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. · Understand client needs and recommend appropriate paper tube products and solutions. · Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. · Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to close sales deals. · Monitor market trends and competitor activity. · Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools. · Travel regularly to customer sites, industry events, and trade shows.
