Summary: Provides information through reports, charts, and graphs utilizing computerized databases and spreadsheets for administrative decision making. Acts as a liaison for quality data needs as assigned. Formal Education Required: a. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or closely related field of study or equivalent combination of education and/or experience. Experience & Training Required: a. One (1) year of experience in producing information for analysis Other Skills, Competencies and Qualifications: a. Excellent microcomputer skills b. Proficient in database management, spreadsheets and information systems analysis techniques c. Excellent communication, leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills d. Ability to work well within a team environment by accepting and offering honest and constructive feedback, supporting team goals and encouraging fellow team members e. Population Specific Competency: Ability to effectively interact with populations of patients/customers with an understanding of their needs for self-respect and dignity Level of Physical Demands: a. Sedentary: Exerts up to ten pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently. Many factors, such as years of relevant experience and geographical location are considered when determining the starting rate of pay. Please keep in mind that the range that is listed is the full base salary range. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical.
