15+ years in pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing analytics, advanced degree preferred, strong analytical and communication skills, proficiency with BI tools, and project management knowledge.
Description: • Lead the strategy and execution of data-driven insights to support commercial decision-making on pipeline products • Act as the primary advisor to all Commercial Analytics & Field strategy functions on new approaches to analytics • Responsible for pre-launch commercial analytics for products in development • Responsible for assessing commercial marketplace for pipeline products through research • Partner closely with Medical, Business Development, Finance and all areas of commercial • Establish competitive landscape and competitive intelligence for pre-commercial assets • Collaborate with Commercial Analytics on standardizing analytics services and approaches • Drive innovation in analytics and business execution to impact brand performance Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is preferred • A minimum of 20+ years (w/o Master's) or 15+ years (with Master's) of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry • 15+ years of domain expertise in marketing, data analytics, or other related strategic analytics • Strong analytical background, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills • Ability to extract actionable insights from complex data sets • Proficient at communicating complex data analysis in a clear and compelling narrative • Knowledge in advanced modeling techniques and Business Intelligence tools (Tableau, Qlik, Power BI, etc.) • Basic understanding of project management • Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively collaborating with leadership across various functions Benefits: • medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurances • opportunity for merit-based salary increases • short incentive plan participation • eligibility for 401(k) plan • robust time-off policy including flexible paid time off, 11 paid holidays, paid sick time
