The anticipated salary range for this role is between $104,000.00 and $170,000.00. The specific salary offered to an applicant will be based on their individual qualification, experiences, and analysis of current compensation paid in their geography and the market for similar roles at time of hire. JOB SUMMARY We’re looking for a Software Engineer to help build the next-generation technologies powering the bank of the future. You’ll develop scalable software applications and enable AI/ML capabilities across every domain we operate in. You’ll translate business needs into technical specifications, document workflows, ensure code quality through testing and debugging, and collaborate across teams to improve user experience and system performance. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Design, build, and deploy scalable AI/ML applications across multiple banking domains. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and deliver AI/ML use cases. Implement and manage ML pipelines using MLOps tools (e.g., Vertex AI Pipelines, Kubeflow, MLflow). Develop and optimize models using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, or Spark ML. Apply advanced GenAI techniques, including RAG, fine-tuning, LLM evaluation, and monitoring. Build intelligent agents using frameworks like LangChain, CrewAI, or similar. Ensure robust deployment using containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD best practices. Leverage cloud platforms (preferably GCP) for scalable AI/ML solutions. Apply Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD best practices including automation and monitoring. Maintain code quality, documentation, and performance across the full development lifecycle. Ensure alignment with technical, data, and security standards. POSITION SPECIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field (or equivalent practical experience) 5+ years in software development with strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms 3+ years in machine learning, AI, deep learning, or NLP using tools like TensorFlow or PyTorch 3+ years in software design, architecture, testing, and product launch 3+ years working in complex, matrixed environments with cross-functional teams Experience with GenAI and agent-based AI solutions.
