Duties • Complete a comprehensive training period to build the expertise and skills needed to meet company standards • Confidently educate and engage customers on the fit, construction, and style of Suit City products • Deliver professional salesmanship in line with company policies to meet personal and store sales goals • Build strong client relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business • Maintain visually appealing merchandise displays in accordance with store guidelines • Uphold all store operations and standards to ensure a seamless customer experience • Embrace feedback and take on additional responsibilities assigned by store leadership to support your growth and team success Experience • Background in sales, hospitality, or customer service • Passion for fashion, styling, and helping others look their best • Strong communication skills • Thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment • Open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Compensation • Competitive salary • In-depth training program to learn everything about menswear and suiting • A generous employee discount • Career growth opportunities Salary: $14 - $17 hourly Job Type: Full-time Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week Benefits: • Employee discount • Health insurance • Paid time off Experience: • Fashion retail: 1 year (Preferred) Ability to Commute: • Fairfax, VA 22033 (Required) Work Location: In person
