We’re looking for a skilled and proactive Digital Account Manager to strengthen our client relationships and ensure an exceptional experience across our marketing services. In this role, you’ll manage multiple client accounts, deeply understand their goals, and coordinate the successful delivery of campaigns. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and an excellent communicator who can foster long-term partnerships and consistently drive results. Requirements: • Proven experience in digital account management or client success roles • Strong understanding of the insurance and home-service industries in the United States • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously • Results-driven mindset with a passion for client satisfaction Compensation: This position is paid per client load, with opportunities to grow as the agency expands.
