Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Logistics Manager to lead our supply chain operations and oversee the end-to-end management of logistics activities. In this role, you will drive efficiency, optimize inventory control, and ensure seamless warehouse distribution and transportation management. Your expertise will help streamline processes, enhance supply chain performance, and support our commitment to delivering exceptional service. Responsibilities • Develop and implement comprehensive logistics strategies to improve supply chain efficiency, including transportation planning, freight management, and warehouse operations. • Oversee inventory management processes, ensuring accurate inventory control, demand planning, and category management to meet customer needs effectively. • Manage warehouse distribution activities such as shipping & receiving, order fulfillment, picking & packing, and materials handling to maximize productivity. • Coordinate with third-party logistics providers (3PL), and freight carriers to optimize transportation systems. • Utilize transportation management systems (TMS), and QuickBooks tools for data analysis, process improvement, and operational reporting. • Lead procurement and sourcing initiatives to ensure cost-effective purchasing of materials while maintaining quality standards. • Drive continuous process improvements by analyzing supply chain analytics, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing best practices for packaging, dispatching, and warehouse experience enhancements. • Strong Vendor management required. Qualifications • Proven experience in supply chain management with a strong background in logistics operations including inventory control, warehouse distribution, transportation management, and procurement. • Familiarity with transportation planning systems and QuickBooks • Hands-on experience with freight coordination, 3PL partnerships, shipping & receiving procedures, order picking & packing processes, and materials handling equipment - forklifts. • Strong understanding of demand planning, pricing strategies, category management, and supply chain analytics to inform decision-making. • Excellent leadership abilities with a track record of managing teams involved, materials management and warehouse experience. • Ability to utilize technology tools • Exceptional organizational skills combined with a proactive approach to process improvement and operational excellence.
