STV is seeking an Assistant Project Manager (Office Admin) for the Construction Management Group in Mount Pleasant, WI. Job Responsibilities include, but not limited to: This front-facing role will represent STV in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner, both with internal partners and external customers. Support the creation of memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents when necessary Maintain/order office supplies Support staff with project assignments and document support Prepare PowerPoint presentations for staff meetings Coordinate site events (Safety Week, VIP Tours, MS Senior Staff Meetings) Provide support to promotional materials, proposals, and graphics Assist Client with project communications and meeting schedules.
