Full Description

Essential duties: • Ensure seamless setup and cleanup for meetings in conference rooms and showrooms. • Weekly catering coordination. • Maintain and update key business documents, including media lists, client rosters, and capabilities decks. • Assist in preparing new business materials, from proposals to presentations. • Oversee office operations—manage supplies, cleaners, office equipment (printers, computers etc.) • Act as the office liaison with building management and external services (handymen, electricians etc.) • Handling gifting for editors and clients. • Manage Krupp Group’s general email inbox, directing business, employment, and internship inquiries. • Sort and distribute incoming mail. • Organize onboarding logistics, including email setup, desk assignments, and office keys for new hires • Prepare iPads and company materials for new business meetings and events. • Support the CEO with scheduling, travel, meals, expenses, reservations, and other personal tasks. • Assist with calendar management for the team—meetings, calls, events, and fashion week prep. • Manage and curate content for Krupp Group’s social media and LinkedIn presence. • Lead the internship program—from recruitment and onboarding to coordinating educational workshops. • Serve as the main point of contact for interns, addressing inquiries and performance concerns. • Collaborate with HR to foster a strong, engaged company culture. • Plan team activities, from outings and volunteering to birthday celebrations and holiday parties. Qualifications: • Genuine interest in public relations • Exceptional communication and writing skills preferred • Well-versed in the following software applications: Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook • Ability to quickly adapt, prioritize and work on multiple projects in condensed timeframes • Organized and able to work with minimal direction and high level of discretion • Social media and Adobe suite experience preferred
