We work with leaders at Fortune 500 companies who've climbed the corporate ladder only to realize the playbook they've been following no longer serves them. Our signature program, the Congruent Career Accelerator, helps women move beyond external validation to discover what truly matters to them - then build the strategy, clarity, and courage to go after it. Our Core Values: • Empathetic: We meet clients where they are with genuine understanding • Authentic: We bring our whole selves and encourage others to do the same • Insightful: We challenge lovingly to help clients see what they can't see themselves • Liberating: Our work frees people from shoulds into aligned action • Excellence-Driven: High standards are non-negotiable in how we serve Our Faith Foundation: Faith isn't just a checkbox for us - it's woven into everything we do. Our messaging includes biblical principles, scriptural references, and faith-based encouragement. We believe that true career alignment happens when women honor both their gifts and their deepest values. The right person for this role will understand this language naturally and be comfortable incorporating faith-based messaging into marketing and client communication. WHY THIS ROLE EXISTS Our CEO moves fast, creates prolifically, and needs someone who can take her raw content and strategic vision and turn it into a cohesive, high-quality marketing engine that runs WITHOUT her being in the weeds. This isn't a "just post on social media" role. This is strategic content operations - someone who can: • See patterns in content performance and recommend what to do next • Take one 20-minute video and turn it into 10+ pieces of quality content • Build email workflows that nurture leads while maintaining brand voice • Anticipate what needs to happen before being asked • Maintain executional excellence without constant oversight The right person will give our CEO back critical time to focus on client delivery, program development, and revenue-generating activities while knowing that marketing, operations, and client communication are being handled with precision. This isn't surface-level; our content regularly incorporates faith concepts, and you'll need to understand and adapt this language authentically • 2+ years experience in marketing operations, content strategy, or similar role • Expert-level proficiency in: • Go High Level (or similar CRM platforms) • Descript or similar video editing tools • Canva for graphic design • Google Workspace • Project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, etc.) • Exceptional written communication skills with ability to match brand voice • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and make recommendations • Proven track record of managing projects independently with minimal oversight Strongly Preferred: • Experience in coaching, consulting, or professional services industry • Social media management experience (especially Instagram, LinkedIn) • Email marketing experience with workflow automation • Understanding of lead generation and conversion optimization • Experience supporting high-achieving, fast-moving entrepreneurs SUCCESS METRICS You'll be evaluated on three core areas: 1. Task Completion Accuracy & Timeliness Do you deliver what you commit to, when you commit to it? 2. Quality of Communication & Updates Are you proactive, clear, and responsive? Does the CEO feel heard and informed? 3. Proactive Problem-Solving Do you identify issues and solve them without being asked? What "Exceeding Expectations" Looks Like: Baseline expectation: You deliver what you commit to, when you commit to it, with consistent quality. The CEO can trust you to take on work and execute with limited oversight. You proactively bring insights and recommendations that improve business performance. What takes it to the next level: How quickly you can take the reins. Exceeding expectations is about being a fast learner who quickly demonstrates executional excellence - mastering the brand voice in weeks rather than months, understanding what needs to happen without constant guidance, and reaching a point where the CEO confidently steps back knowing the work is handled. The faster you can get to "trusted to run with it independently," the more value you create. WHAT HAPPENS WHEN THINGS GO WRONG This is important: We don't expect perfection. We expect honest communication. If something changes, if you made a mistake, if a deadline won't be met - own it immediately and communicate proactively. That's not a problem. What IS a problem: • Letting commitments slip without communication • Not reviewing your work and submitting errors repeatedly • Going radio silent when you're stuck • Not acknowledging messages or requests • Making excuses instead of owning mistakes • Changing your schedule without communication GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES Immediate: • Master CEO's content style and brand voice • Build trust through consistent, quality delivery • Establish systems and workflows for scalability • Expand from 10 hours to 15-20 hours/week Medium-term: • Take on strategic initiatives (lead magnet development, assessment tools) • Support program launch and client onboarding • Increased autonomy in content and marketing decisions Long-term: • Grow into Chief of Staff or COO role • Own entire marketing and operations function • Lead future team members • Build a long-term career partnership WHAT WE OFFER Compensation & Benefits: • Competitive rate based on: demonstrated expertise, relevant experience, assessment performance, and cultural fit • Consistent, predictable hours with significant growth potential • Performance-based rate increases as you grow with the company • Flexible remote work - work when and where you're most productive • Long-term stability (this is a 2+ year minimum role) • Work with a founder who values healthy work-life balance Work Environment: • Fast-paced but sustainable (we believe in healthy work-life balance as a faith principle) • Direct access to CEO for questions/strategy discussions • Autonomy to own your domain once trust is established • Collaborative, values-driven culture rooted in servant leadership • High standards balanced with grace and humanity What Makes This Different: • You're not just executing tasks; you're building the operational foundation for a mission-driven, faith-centered business • Direct impact on women's lives - you'll see the transformation your work enables as women step into aligned, purposeful careers • Work with content that's meaningful, insightful, and rooted in biblical principles • Partner with a CEO who invests in development, values your growth, and leads with servant leadership • Be part of building something that liberates high-achieving women from "should" into purpose MANAGEMENT STYLE & EXPECTATIONS Our CEO's Approach: • Preference: Hands-off once trust is established, but will be more hands-on initially during onboarding • Communication: Depends on urgency - text/DM for quick items, email for scheduled work, project management tools for task management, Voxer/Voice notes for new ideas & tasks. • Delegation Style: Mix of detailed instructions early on, then shifts to context + desired outcome + examples • Accountability: Expects you to set your own deadlines and meet them. Will check in if concerned but won't micromanage Work Hours: • Timezone: Eastern timezone strongly preferred for 10am-2pm ET overlap window • Schedule: Flexible as long as there's 2+ hours of overlap for real-time collaboration • Weekly Meeting: One standing meeting per week for alignment and updates • Communication: As-needed basis beyond weekly check-in What the CEO Values Most: • Ownership without drama - "This is done" vs. "I need you to tell me what to do next" • Honest communication - "I made a mistake" vs. disappearing when something's wrong • Strategic thinking - "Here's what I recommend based on the data" vs. just reporting numbers • Follow-through - Doing what you said you'd do when you said you'd do it • Quality without oversight - Not needing someone to check your work every time ASSESSMENT PROCESS & TIMELINE We're looking to fill this role by early November 2025.
