Role Overview: As a Senior Field Service & Training Advisor, you will play a critical role in supporting our Product Support Group by delivering expert field service and training focused on electric vehicle systems. This position is ideal for a seasoned EV technician who enjoys mentoring others and solving complex technical challenges in a remote work environment. What You'll Do: - You will provide expert technical support and troubleshooting for electric vehicle systems to field technicians and customers. - You will develop and deliver comprehensive training programs and materials tailored to EV technologies. - You will collaborate with product development and support teams to communicate field insights and improve product performance. - You will mentor and guide junior technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge. - You will analyze service data to identify trends and recommend improvements. - You will participate in remote and on-site service calls as needed to resolve complex issues. - You will maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, safety protocols, and emerging EV technologies. - You will contribute to the continuous improvement of service processes and training methodologies. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as an electric vehicle field technician. - Strong expertise in EV systems diagnostics, repair, and maintenance. - Proven experience in delivering technical training and support. - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively mentor and collaborate. - Proficiency with diagnostic tools and software related to EV systems. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with hybrid vehicle systems and related technologies. - Certification in EV technology or related fields. - Background in product development or technical writing. - Familiarity with customer support platforms and remote troubleshooting tools.
