Role Overview: As a Senior Field Service & Training Advisor, you will play a critical role in supporting our Product Support Group by leveraging your expertise in electric vehicle systems. This remote position is ideal for a seasoned EV field technician who excels in delivering technical support and training to enhance team capabilities and customer success. What You'll Do: - You will provide expert field service support for electric vehicle systems, troubleshooting complex technical issues. - You will develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for internal teams and customers. - You will collaborate with product development and support teams to improve service processes and documentation. - You will analyze field data to identify trends and recommend solutions to enhance product performance. - You will mentor junior technicians and support staff to build technical expertise. - You will manage remote support sessions and ensure timely resolution of service requests. - You will contribute to the creation of technical manuals and training materials. - You will stay current with industry advancements and integrate new knowledge into training content. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience as an electric vehicle field technician or in a related technical support role. - Strong knowledge of EV systems, diagnostics, and repair techniques. - Proven experience in delivering technical training and support. - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse teams. - Proficiency with diagnostic tools and remote support technologies. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with software tools used in EV diagnostics and training platforms. - Background in automotive product development or engineering. - Certifications related to electric vehicle technology or technical training. - Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-focused technical support environment.
