Full Description

We are looking for a Customer Data Specialist to join our team remotely. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, analyzing, and maintaining high-quality customer data that supports critical business functions across sales, operations, and customer experience. You will play a key role in ensuring our systems contain accurate, timely, and actionable customer data, helping to improve our digital capabilities and support data-driven decision-making across the company. Responsibilities: • Maintain, update, and validate customer data within CRM and ERP platforms, ensuring consistency and accuracy across systems. • Perform regular data audits and cleansing to improve data quality and eliminate duplicates, outdated information, or inconsistencies. • Support the integration of customer data across platforms during system migrations, software upgrades, and new tool implementations. • Collaborate with remote cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, and IT to troubleshoot data issues and ensure alignment. • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track customer metrics and support business intelligence needs. • Support compliance with data privacy regulations and internal governance policies (e.g., GDPR, CCPA). • Document data standards, workflows, and best practices for managing customer information in a remote-first environment. Qualifications: • 1+ years of experience in customer data management. • Prior experience working in a fully remote or distributed team environment is preferred. • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics), ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle). • Strong Excel skills; experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other reporting tools is a plus. • Familiarity with SQL or data manipulation languages is desirable. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Strong communication and collaboration abilities, especially in a virtual team setting. • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to manage tasks independently in a remote environment.
