Brief Description of role: The Strategic Sales Manager leads GPO and IDN contract strategy, setting pricing to drive sales, boost profits and protect market share. As a key link between Customer Solutions and the business, they align cross-functional teams - sales, marketing, finance - to deliver on strategic goals and ensure a unified customer experience. Qualifications & Experience 8+ years related sales and/or marketing experience required. Medical marketing and/or related field sales/GPO and IDN sales management preferred. Proven ability to develop strategies that complement and contribute to overall business objectives. Demonstrated ability to develop both internal and external long-term customer relationships. Excellent communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills inclusive of the ability to work with diverse groups. Demonstrated excellence in presentation creation and delivery skills. Proven ability to analyze sales data from a variety of sources. Ideally, candidate will live within the territory, although not required. Compensation $193,500 - $306,350 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors. These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location. Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based. Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category. Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
