What You Will Do Own the full project schedule by developing and managing a detailed Gantt chart, analyzing a critical path, and aligning intersecting milestones. Collaborate with cross-functional managers to estimate and assign cross-functional project resources. Define the role, responsibility, and deliverables for each team member. Provide performance feedback to functional managers to support team development and accountability. Develop and maintain a comprehensive risk management plan, identifying and responding to project risks and opportunities. Deliver clear and tailored project communications aligned with PMO processes and stakeholder expectations. Manage project scope in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and control. Define and monitor project budgets in partnership with cross-functional leaders to ensure financial targets are met. Drive project execution to meet key milestones and deliverables, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes. What You Will Need Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree Minimum 6 years of experience in engineering, project management, or a related field Preferred Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or related discipline Experience managing projects in new product development, orthopedics, and/or robotics Experience in the medical device industry Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification $100,500 - $215,300 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location. Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based. Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category. Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
