What You Will Do • Own the full project schedule by developing and managing a detailed Gantt chart, analyzing a critical path, and aligning intersecting milestones. • Collaborate with cross-functional managers to estimate and assign cross-functional project resources. Define the role, responsibility, and deliverables for each team member. • Provide performance feedback to functional managers to support team development and accountability. • Develop and maintain a comprehensive risk management plan, identifying and responding to project risks and opportunities. • Deliver clear and tailored project communications aligned with PMO processes and stakeholder expectations. • Manage project scope in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and control. • Define and monitor project budgets in partnership with cross-functional leaders to ensure financial targets are met. • Drive project execution to meet key milestones and deliverables, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes. What You Will Need Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree • Minimum 6 years of experience in engineering, project management, or a related field Preferred Qualifications • Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or related discipline • Experience managing projects in new product development, orthopedics, and/or robotics • Experience in the medical device industry • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification $100,500 - $215,300 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors. This role will be posted for a minimum of 3 days.
