What you will do: • Analyze market positioning, strengths, and weaknesses of key competitors to inform strategy • Gather and interpret customer insights and buying behaviors to support segmentation and decision-making • Conduct and apply market research, incorporating business context to guide recommendations • Communicate how our organization compares within the industry and identify emerging trends • Contribute analyses that support marketing plans and business performance metrics • Collaborate across teams, building strong networks and leveraging feedback to enhance outcomes • Work on complex problems independently, demonstrating ownership, prioritization, and continuous learning (including exposure to financial modeling) What you need Required • Bachelor's degree • 2+ years of work experience Preferred: • MBA • 2+ years market research experience • Experience/ expertise with Tableau, PowerBI, Qualtrix • Demonstrated success presenting complex information clearly to diverse audiences and influencing stakeholders through strong communication skills • Proven ability to analyze data, identify root causes, and develop actionable solutions to business problems • Track record of managing multiple concurrent projects and meeting deadlines in fast-paced environments • Experience driving alignment and influencing outcomes without direct authority across cross-functional teams • Demonstrated ability to navigate and execute within complex organizational structures, policies, and interdivisional processes • *Candidate is expected to work a hybrid schedule, local to Stryker's Weston, FL location.
