What you will do The Senior Manager, Logistics BPE – Program Management (Remote) plays a critical leadership role in shaping and delivering Stryker’s global logistics transformation agenda. This role sits at the intersection of business transformation, IT enablement, and operational execution, leading complex, high-impact programs across Stryker’s global logistics and operations network. You will serve as the end-to-end program owner, partnering closely with Global Logistics Operations (GLO), IT Transformation, commercial partners and cross-functional leaders to ensure large-scale initiatives are executed with rigor, transparency, and measurable business impact. The employee can work 100% virtually in the US without any set territory or proximity required. • Own the end-to-end program governance framework, partnering with IT, finance, quality, and commercial stakeholders. • Establish and sustain best-in-class program management standards, including program intake, roadmaps, charters, RACIs, schedules, phase gates, communication plans, and lessons learned. • Lead program financial governance, monitoring planned vs. actual spend and tracking realization of business benefits. • Partner with Business Process Excellence (BPE) leaders to scope initiatives and ensure consistent execution aligned to governance standards. • Lead the post–go-live hypercare model, enabling rapid issue escalation, resolution, and business stabilization. • Drive alignment with internal stakeholders and 3PL partners, ensuring clarity on requirements, success criteria, and execution expectations. • Design and advance Stryker’s global logistics transformation roadmap, ensuring regulatory compliance while delivering measurable efficiency, scalability, and bottom-line impact. What you need Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management or a related field • 10 years of experience leading complex programs or transformations • Proven program and project management expertise in large, matrixed environments • Strong ability to lead cross-functional, global teams Preferred Qualifications • Working knowledge of IT-enabled transformations • SAP knowledge and exposure to enterprise systems 115,600 - 245,800 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits.
