Work Flexibility: Hybrid What you will do- Create and develop excellent working relationships with key Managers, Directors and Senior Directors in both the Selling Divisions (Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Distribution) and the Global Operations plant network as well as regional marketing and demand leaders. Coordinate the monthly IBP cycle including timeliness of the demand and supply plan submissions and critical meetings such as Net Requirements Meetings, Regional Requirements Meetings, Product Portfolio Reviews and pre-IBP working meetings and well as IBP meetings for the Communications Business Unit. Lead IBP Reconciliation meetings and develop content for Executive IBP (EIBP) reviews. Build relationships across sales, marketing, field operations, finance, demand planning, operations, and distribution. Facilitate consensus and coach leaders to support effective planning and decision-making. Ensure revenue, inventory, excess and obsolete (E&O), and cost impacts are incorporated into planning discussions. Analyze demand, supply, inventory, and net requirements to identify risks and opportunities impacting revenue, cost, and cash flow. Own global allocation process including developing and leveraging system capabilities. Lead and develop IBP managers and planning personnel through coaching, objective-setting, and performance development. Identify and recommend process improvements to strengthen the IBP organization. These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location. Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based. Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category. Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
