Work Flexibility: Remote Stryker is hiring a Scientific Communications Manager for our Stryker Inari division. This role is open to qualified candidates in our Irvine, CA, office or remotely from anywhere within the United States. The Scientific Communications Manager is responsible for leading Inari’s podium and publication strategy, ensuring effective execution and alignment with organizational goals. This role involves staying current on advancements in endovascular therapies for relevant disease states, collaborating with clinical and cross-functional teams to analyze and disseminate data to key stakeholders. The manager will identify opportunities for abstracts, podium presentations, and scientific publications, as well as support the development of commercial studies to elevate the company's presence within the scientific community. What you will do: Ensure key scientific communications objectives are achieved or exceeded. Maintain current knowledge of relevant literature and competitive landscape and summarize for communication with sales and marketing counterparts and customers. Perform regular analytics on Inari clinical research and other available data sets to identify interesting trends for the purposes of scientific communications. Develop robust plan for medical conference presentations including upstream abstract submissions for dedicated Inari talks and downstream slide development and physician support. Design robust plan for peer reviewed publications to drive commercial adoption of Inari’s device portfolio. Create and manage speaker’s bureau to support podium talks across key interventional and non-interventional stakeholders. Attend relevant scientific sessions at major medical conferences to capture and disseminate relevant information to sales and marketing team. Perform other duties as assigned. What you need: Required Master degree in in Biomedical Engineering, Biological Sciences, Pharmacy, or other related scientific field. Proven track record of 8+ years navigating and adhering to complex regulatory standards within a compliance-driven industry. Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills, including medical writing. Demonstrated expertise in delivering high-precision documents and rigorous data analysis for data-driven decision-making, ensuring data integrity. Experience presenting scientific data at conferences and engaging stakeholders to communicate product value. Preferred Doctorate degree in Biomedical Engineering, Biological Sciences, Pharmacy, or other related scientific field. preferred Excellent analytical skills and creative thinking in compliantly procuring and analyzing data, utilizing software technologies such as Excel, PowerBI, Matlab, or similar platforms. Proven track record of implementing process improvements and driving innovation within established frameworks. 126,500.00 to 273,900.00 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location. Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based. Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category. Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
