What you will do: • Generate and increase demand with C-level management, Biomedical Engineers, Nurses, Purchasing Directors, and KOLs in the assigned territory. • Segment customers to identify potential stakeholders and develop an annual clinical education program. • Act as a product expert and reference for Biomedical, Nursing, and Purchasing departments. • Attend surgical procedures to strengthen relationships with KOLs and identify new business opportunities. • Utilize CRM and other tools to measure market size and ensure business growth. • Conduct product demonstrations and coordinate training sessions in alignment with the company’s strategy. • Comply with commercial and regulatory policies, report complaints, and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards. • Plan weekly and monthly activities, generate sales and expense reports, and complete mandatory training with a minimum score of 85%. What you will need: • Bachelor’s degree. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in promotion or sales within operating rooms or the medical device industry.
