Full Description

As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will engage in key business partnerships with field sales leadership to develop incentive compensation plans and territory structures that drive growth and support Stryker’s strategic sales objectives. Responsible for the calculation and accurate payment of incentive compensation in a multi-divisional complex field sales organization. What you will do: • Oversee, design, and develop incentive compensation plans for a multi-channel and multi-divisional field sales organization that align with established financial and business models. • Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual calculations, validation, and payment of incentive compensation plan components and bonus commissions. • Develop and maintain business partnerships with Finance, HR, and Sales management to ensure alignment of incentive compensation development with organizational, financial, and sales force goals. • Partner with sales leadership on territory alignment changes and associated sales and quota impacts based on multi-divisional salesforce structures. • Develop, maintain, and update systems and processes critical to the reporting and tracking of compensation metrics. • Support ad hoc projects and reports requested by sales management and corporate leadership, including, but not limited to: quarterly projection files, financial accruals, compensation metrics and trends, etc. What you need: Required: • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or other related field of study • Demonstrated ability to perform thorough, quantitative, and qualitative analyses using applicable technology tools Preferred: • 2-3 years of relevant work experience in finance or supporting a sales team • Prefer advanced experience using Microsoft Office Suite, specifically MS Excel and MS Access • Experience using Varicent/IBM ICM a plus $58,700- $106,200 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors. This role will be posted for a minimum of 3 days.
