As a Project Manager on the Enterprise Portfolio Team, you’ll manage high-impact projects from concept to completion—partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business outcomes that accelerate innovation and operational excellence. What You Will Do • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale, enterprise-wide projects aligned with strategic goals • Develop project charters and management plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and success criteria • Manage critical path dependencies and oversee project milestones to ensure timely completion • Collaborate with stakeholders to refine scope and create detailed Work Breakdown Structures • Track project budgets and ensure cost-effective execution across sub-projects • Implement Quality Plans and Risk Management Plans using relevant tools and methodologies • Coordinate cross-functional teams, defining roles and deliverables, and providing performance feedback • Execute stakeholder and communication plans, delivering regular updates and leading change management efforts What You Will Need Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field • Minimum 4 years of project management experience • Experience managing high-impact projects in a matrixed organization • Proficiency with Microsoft Project Preferred Qualifications • PMP certification • Experience with Power BI $77,200 - $160,800 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors. This role will be posted for a minimum of 3 days.
