We are seeking a Project Manager, PMO – Product Lifecycle to join our Enterprise PMO team. In this role, you will facilitate a multi-disciplinary team focused on delivering projects that introduce new products into markets, globalize existing products, and manage the eventual retirement of products. You will work closely with Marketing, R&D, and Regulatory teams across multiple regions and production sites to ensure product line continuity. As the Project Manager, you will have the accountability and authority to achieve project objectives, balancing scope, schedule, and resources while building strong partnerships across the business. Know more about Stryker’s Emergency Care: Emergency Care This role is hybrid-based in Stryker’s Office in Redmond, WA, with the expectation to come into the office 3 days a week. What You Will Do: • Lead the development of project charters and management plans, directing, monitoring, and controlling project execution while evaluating tradeoffs to ensure success. • Create and manage detailed Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and project timelines, analyzing the critical path and major workstreams. • Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional partners to refine project scope, defining roles, responsibilities, and deliverables for each team member. • Partner with supervisors or project PMs to establish sub-project budgets and monitor costs to remain within approved limits. • Develop and oversee risk management plans, identifying, analyzing, and mitigating risks with appropriate response strategies. • Estimate, acquire, and assign project team resources, providing feedback to functional managers for performance evaluations. • Develop and implement communication management plans tailored to the specific needs of project teams and key stakeholders. What You Need: Minimum Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree. • A minimum of 4 years of professional work experience. • Proven experience successfully managing and delivering large, complex projects. • Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results in dynamic, fast-paced environments. Preferred Requirements: • Advanced degree (MBA and/or MS) and PMP certification (or equivalent) preferred, with strong proficiency in project management software such as MS Project or Planview. • Experience in regulated industries, ideally medical devices, with solid knowledge of product lifecycle management and global commercialization. • Demonstrated leadership with high emotional intelligence—skilled at influencing without authority, building inclusive teams, and fostering collaboration across global functions. • Strong business acumen and communication skills, with the ability to align project goals to organizational objectives, make sound decisions under ambiguity, and keep the customer at the center of all actions. $77,200 - $160,800 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
