Full Description

As the Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects that integrate our Neurotechnology products and systems across multiple Stryker Divisions. In your role, you will ensure R&D projects are completed on time/cost & budget. You will support cutting edge medical device products from the inception phase to launch for Stryker’s Neurotechnology business unit. What You Will Do • Define and manage program scope in collaboration with business unit leadership • Develop and maintain detailed program schedules, including critical paths and intersecting milestones • Create and monitor program budgets in partnership with cross-functional leaders • Lead development and execution of program risk management plans • Oversee procurement planning and vendor selection for program initiatives • Assign and manage cross-functional resources, including onboarding and performance feedback • Develop and execute stakeholder engagement and communication plans • Drive quality planning and ensure compliance with regulatory standards throughout the program lifecycle What You Will Need Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field • Minimum 8 years of experience in the full New Product Development (NPD) lifecycle, including project strategy development, budget management, stakeholder engagement, and successful product launches. Preferred Qualifications • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or PgMP or equivalent • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex programs • Ability to make data-driven decisions and manage ambiguity $115,600 - $245,800 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors. This role will be posted for a minimum of 3 days.
