Oversee multiple projects integrating Neurotechnology products, ensuring on-time, on-budget R&D project completion, managing program scope, schedules, budgets, risks, procurement, resources, stakeholder communication, and regulatory compliance.
Bachelor’s degree, minimum 8 years in NPD lifecycle with project strategy, budget, stakeholder management, successful product launches, PMP or equivalent certification preferred, proficiency in project management tools, and ability to lead complex programs.
Work Flexibility: Remote As the Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects that integrate our Neurotechnology products and systems across multiple Stryker Divisions. In your role, you will ensure R&D projects are completed on time/cost & budget. You will support cutting edge medical device products from the inception phase to launch for Stryker’s Neurotechnology business unit. What You Will Do Define and manage program scope in collaboration with business unit leadership Develop and maintain detailed program schedules, including critical paths and intersecting milestones Create and monitor program budgets in partnership with cross-functional leaders Lead development and execution of program risk management plans Oversee procurement planning and vendor selection for program initiatives Assign and manage cross-functional resources, including onboarding and performance feedback Develop and execute stakeholder engagement and communication plans Drive quality planning and ensure compliance with regulatory standards throughout the program lifecycle What You Will Need Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field Minimum 8 years of experience in the full New Product Development (NPD) lifecycle, including project strategy development, budget management, stakeholder engagement, and successful product launches. Preferred Qualifications Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or PgMP or equivalent Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex programs Ability to make data-driven decisions and manage ambiguity $115,600 - $245,800 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location. Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based. Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category. Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
