Work Flexibility: Remote As a Manager, Data Science & Sales Analytics, you will lead a high‑impact data analytics and data science team that turns complex data into clear decisions for our Trauma & Extremities (T&E) business. You’ll own our sales performance platform end‑to‑end, build AI-driven solutions, and deliver insights that accelerate growth and improve customer outcomes. You will provide technical leadership, drive AI initiatives, ensure system alignment and process optimization across platforms, while partnering with sales operations leaders to deliver solutions that drive impact. What you will do Own the sales performance reporting platform, including data pipelines, validations, and alignment with enterprise reporting. Prioritize and translate business needs from Sales Operations into a clear AI/analytics roadmap with defined success criteria, timelines, and stakeholder owners. Design, build, and deploy predictive models and machine learning solutions, track impact on forecast accuracy, sales productivity, and revenue lift. Deliver self-service dashboards and advanced analytics to sales leadership, marketing, and finance to drive business performance. Integrate systems by leading onboarding of inbound/outbound data feeds (ERP and non-ERP) and defining master data processes for core tables and transaction logic. Automate and optimize analytics and reporting workflows, leading process for new data feeds that power key processes. Communicate insights through clear narratives and visuals, present recommendations, influence decisions, and track outcomes against agreed KPIs. Lead and develop a high-performing team of data scientists and analysts, set goals, provide coaching, and build career paths. What you will need Required Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mathematics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Minimum 8 years of related experience in data analytics, data science, or closely aligned roles. Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in data science or analytics roles, with responsibility for project delivery, technical execution, and team performance. Experience integrating secondary systems with an ERP and supporting system integrations in a multi-vendor environment. Proficiency with relational databases and SQL, including Oracle SQL. Experience building and maintaining inbound and outbound data interfaces. Experience creating and supporting advanced reporting/business intelligence solutions. Preferred Master’s degree. Experience with enterprise resource planning systems (e.g., SAP) and master data governance. $115,600.00 - $245,800.00 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location. Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based. Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category. Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
