As a Human Resources Intern, you’ll play a hands-on role supporting the HR team across a range of functions—from talent acquisition and employee engagement to organizational development. You'll gain exposure to real projects, contribute to meaningful initiatives, and build foundational skills for a future career in HR. Responsibilities could include: Collaborating on the development and implementation of initiatives and solutions to improve performance and processes such as: •Reviewing employee engagement survey data and creating a new method to display the results •Assisting with employee communications and recognition •Managing reports, dashboards, and metrics that measure efficiency and effectiveness across our organization •Creating strategies for New Hire Orientation Pay rate will not be below any applicable local minimum wage rates.
