Full Description

As a Field Operations Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of product trials across Stryker’s Endoscopy, Sports Medicine, and Communications divisions. You’ll manage day-to-day trial requests from the sales organization, ensure efficient order fulfillment, and oversee the timely return of field assets from both customers and sales representatives. This highly collaborative role requires strong analytical skills, operational discipline, and a passion for delivering best-in-class service to our internal and external stakeholders. This position is open to candidates located in California as well as remote candidates; however, individuals based locally will be expected to work on-site three days per week in alignment with our hybrid work model. WHAT YOU WILL DO: • Manage and coordinate daily trial requests to ensure smooth execution from order through completion. • Analyze trial submissions against program guidelines, facilitating communication and escalation as needed. • Ensure timely order processing and delivery of trial equipment to meet customer and sales expectations. • Serve as the primary point of contact and escalation for all trial-related activities. • Communicate specific details on delinquent field assets with department as well as both internal and external customers as required. • Maintain and communicate the sales trials schedule, aligning with internal teams through daily huddles. • Partner with sales to educate and support teams on trial program requirements and best practices. • Monitor and analyze trial and field asset data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities. • Investigate inventory transactions and partner with field teams to ensure accurate and timely product returns. • Leverage system reports and analytics to drive operational decisions and improve performance. • Champion a culture of continuous improvement by identifying process efficiencies and service enhancements. WHAT YOU NEED: Required • Bachelor’s degree or 6+ years of relevant professional experience in lieu of a degree Preferred • Previous experience in customer service, operations, or field logistics • Experience working with SAP or similar ERP systems • Familiarity with medical device operations, loaner kit management, or field asset programs • Background in supporting sales operations or field-based teams $58,700 - $106,200 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors This role will be posted for a minimum of 3 days.
