As a Customer Service Team Member, you will support government and Veterans Affairs customers by providing phone and email support for inquiries. You will also maintain records and participate in continuous improvement activities.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of customer service experience and a high school diploma or GED. Experience with Salesforce, SAP, and medical billing is preferred.
Work Flexibility: Remote Schedule: 1st shift Overtime required as needed What You Will Do – As a Customer Service Team Member supporting West Government, you will work directly with government and Veterans Affairs (VA) customers. In this role, you will be expected to perform with honesty and integrity instituting a highly responsive and unsurpassed level of customer service. Provide phone and email support for inquiries from sales and healthcare professionals Answer incoming requests through a multichannel system which includes but is not limited to order entry, order status verification and processing return orders Consistently maintain all record-keeping as appropriate and in accordance with Stryker specifications, and follow standardized process to ensure 100% quality for all orders Understand, interpret, and explain detailed information of processes and procedures Participate in continuous improvement activities/projects and assist in any additional team/organizational projects as required Demonstrate flexibility in responding to new and rapidly changing situations and environment Demonstrate an understanding of how decisions impact customers, markets and sales representatives Provide support beyond standard hours as needed if call volume and/or workload require additional time What You Need – Required At least 2 years of direct Customer Service or Account Management experience High School diploma or GED equivalent Experience with Salesforce and/or Systems Applications & Products (SAP) Ability to work flexible hours as needed to support the business needs Preference for candidates located Pacific time-zone Preferred Associates or Bachelors Degree 3 or more years of Customer Service and Order Entry Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) or Global Healthcare Exchange (GHX) are a plus Experience with PowerBI and/or Genesys are a plus Experience with medical billing, preferably with direct experience supporting Veterans Affairs (VA) facilities $20.08 – $32.87 per hour plus bonus eligible + benefits. These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location. Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based. Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category. Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
