Full Description

Schedule • 1st Shift: Mon - Fri, 9:00am - 5:30pm What you will do As the Coordinator, Inventory, you will coordinate product requests for various inventory pools, and post-event follow-up and evaluations of products. • Conduct visual and operational tests on devices to ensure they meet functionality requirements. Identify and isolate non-conforming devices to stage for repair • Oversee receipt, storage and shipment of materials, and related reporting • Administer and operate the organization's warehouse, including processing, packaging and storage of supplies, materials and equipment • Account for all materials and supplies in the facility; audit goods received into warehouse • Prepare and coordinate schedules for shipping and receiving materials to control the flow of goods and regulate warehouse space • Ensure the effectiveness of operating procedures, space utilization, and maintenance, and protection of facilities and equipment • Show versatility of work through adapting to new situations, and seeking better ways of completing tasks • Complete all inventory transactions systematically and physically What you need Required • High School Diploma or GED • Two (2) years’ relevant work experience • Ability to exert up to 75 pounds of force occasionally and/ or up to 50 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Team lift up to 150 pounds occasionally Preferred • Experience in shipping/receiving • Handling/evaluation of medical devices Pay rate will not be below any applicable local minimum wage rates.
