Bachelor’s degree, 6+ years in operations or manufacturing leadership, supervisory experience, and knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma; PMP or APICS certification preferred.
What you will do Endoscopy is hiring an Associate Operations Manager (Onsite). This is a key leadership role focused on driving excellence in our regulated manufacturing environment. You’ll lead a high-performing team, champion continuous improvement, and streamline cross-functional workflows to boost quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. With a strong focus on talent development and innovation, you’ll help shape a culture of accountability and agility. Regulatory compliance (FDA, ISO, EH&S) and GMP best practices are central to your mission as you build operations for long-term success. • Develop and coach supervisors and team leads, building leadership capability and succession strength across the organization • Communicate effectively upstream to senior and executive leadership, providing clear insights, status updates, and data-driven recommendations that influence decision-making • Drive a culture of accountability and high performance by setting clear KPIs and empowering teams to deliver consistent, measurable results across key business metrics • Establish a vision for operational excellence, setting strategic direction and holding teams accountable for targets in product quality, customer satisfaction, cost control, labor efficiency, and yield • Partner with planning and supply chain teams to align production schedules with customer demand, ensuring timely, cost-effective delivery and inventory optimization • Lead continuous improvement efforts through Lean tools, Kaizen events, and data-driven initiatives to boost capacity, reduce waste, enhance quality, and maximize space utilization. • Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, championing employee engagement, open communication, and career development within a high-performing Value Stream. Daily Gemba walks on the floor are essential to this role • Collaborate cross-functionally to support the seamless launch of new products and processes—ensuring compliance, efficiency, and long-term success from development through full-scale production. What you need Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain management, operations, business, or a related field • 6 years of relevant work experience in operations, logistics or manufacturing • Leadership experience in a manufacturing, distribution, or operations environment • Supervisory or team leadership experience, with a track record of coaching, mentoring, and developing employees to achieve performance goals and career growth. Preferred Qualifications • PMP Certification or APICS Certification • Master’s degree • Experience driving safety, quality, delivery, and cost (SQDC) metrics • Demonstrated knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement tools 130,700 - 215,300 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
