As Associate Manager, Marketing Communications, you will design and deliver integrated marketing campaigns that connect talent to opportunity and business needs to outcomes. Your work will directly support hiring priorities, internal mobility and alumni engagement while strengthening Stryker’s employer brand globally. This is a hands-on individual contributor role with global reach. You will partner closely with Talent Acquisition, Corporate Communications and Brand teams to apply data-driven marketing communications that strengthen Stryker’s employer brand and improve talent engagement across regions and functions. The preferred candidate will be located in the Eastern time zone and able to work Eastern time zone hours. What you will do Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns that support hiring priorities, internal mobility and alumni engagement with defined goals and success metrics Develop audience-specific messaging and content that guides talent from awareness through decision across digital and automated channels Plan and deliver multi-channel campaigns across email, social, chatbot and web experiences using platforms such as HubSpot, Paradox, Adobe Creative Suite and Canva to improve engagement, conversion and pipeline quality Produce editorial and storytelling content that humanizes Stryker’s employer brand and supports consistent talent-facing narratives Monitor campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Power BI or Tableau and apply insights to optimize content, channels and timing Conduct competitive and market intelligence reviews to assess employer brand positioning, messaging trends and channel effectiveness and incorporate insights into campaign planning and execution Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure campaigns are executed on schedule and aligned to business priorities Build and maintain reusable frameworks, templates and playbooks that enable scalable, on-brand execution across Talent Acquisition teams What you will need Required qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience 6+ years of work experience Must be fluent in English; written and verbal Preferred qualifications Experience contributing to MarComm strategies or campaigns, including messaging frameworks or audience approaches designed to influence understanding, engagement, or behavior Experience supporting business, functional, or enterprise communications initiatives through enablement efforts such as adoption-focused messaging, stakeholder engagement, field or internal communications, or reinforcement activities $89,300 - $193,400 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location. Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based. Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category. Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
