A bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and a minimum of 6 years of experience in accounting or finance are required. Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and ASC 606 is essential, with CPA preferred.

In this role, you will support complex revenue processes, ensure compliance with ASC 606, and partner cross-functionally to drive operational excellence. What You Will Do Serve as system administrator for RevPro, ensuring accurate data flow for revenue recognition processes. Partner with IT and Finance Systems teams to troubleshoot, test, and implement enhancements to streamline automation and improve reporting accuracy. Prepare and review revenue and deferred revenue reconciliations and disclosures. Support deal reviews for complex revenue arrangements, providing insight and guidance to ensure contract compliance. Maintain SSP analyses and collaborate closely with internal and external auditors. Contribute to month-end and quarter-end close activities, ensuring accurate and timely reporting. Assist in maintaining and enhancing SOX 404 key controls and audit readiness. Participate in special projects such as system implementations, acquisition integrations, and process redesign initiatives. What You Need Required: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance Minimum 6 years of experience in accounting or finance required Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and ASC 606 Experience in high-technology or hardware/software/services companies Preferred: CPA or equivalent Experience with SAP and RevPro $87,600 - $186,700 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location. Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based. Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category. Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
