Work Flexibility: Remote As an Associate Manager, Marketing – Tradeshows and Customer Events at Stryker, you will lead our tradeshow program and customer event strategy, bringing our brand and innovations to life on a national stage. In this role, you will own the planning and execution of select tradeshows and customer experiences, ensuring every interaction reflects Stryker’s commitment to excellence. You will collaborate across marketing, sales, and other divisions to craft compelling messaging, deliver memorable customer engagement, and maximize the impact of every event. This is your opportunity to combine strategic marketing with hands-on leadership, driving visibility, growth, and customer connections for Stryker’s Joint Replacement Division. WHAT YOU WILL DO Lead the planning, development, and execution of tradeshows and customer events, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies. Assess competitive insights and adjust tradeshow and event strategies, messaging and tactics to maximize market impact. Manage event logistics, budgets, as well as vendor and tradeshow association relationships, including coordinating cross-divisional alignment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create event and marketing communication strategies that strengthen customer relationships and drive product adoption. Submit and manage sponsorship and medical education grants that support tradeshows and comply with corporate compliance policies. Build collaborative relationships with legal, regulatory and compliance counterparts. Track, measure, and analyze event and marketing performance, including ROI from tradeshows and customer engagement initiatives. Mentor and influence team members and cross-functional partners, fostering collaboration and driving results without direct authority. Ability to travel 30% of the time and work across time zones. WHAT YOU NEED Required Bachelor’s degree 6+ years of professional work experience Demonstrated experience planning, executing, and managing tradeshows or large-scale events Preferred Experience leading tradeshows within the medical device or healthcare industry. $87,600 - $186,700 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location. Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based. Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category. Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
