As an Associate Manager, Experiential Marketing for Stryker’s Joint Replacement division, you will lead a team responsible for creating and delivering world-class meetings and events. You will oversee the strategy, planning and execution of programs, ensuring they align with business priorities and drive engagement. Partnering closely with cross-functional teams, you will manage budgets, vendors and processes while coaching your team to deliver seamless, high-impact experiences. WHAT YOU WILL DO: • Lead, coach and develop a high-performing meetings and events team to deliver exceptional experiences. • Translate business priorities and the annual marketing plan into impactful event strategies and execution. • Oversee customer programs at the Homer Stryker Center and Robotics Innovation Center. • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand event needs and deliver tailored solutions that drive engagement. • Manage budgets and resources responsibly, ensuring compliance and maximizing the return on investment for every program. • Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners and vendors to support high-quality event delivery. • Deliver seamless, engaging and memorable experiences for healthcare professionals, both in-person and virtually. • Stay current on industry trends and innovations in meetings and events to continuously elevate attendee engagement. • Create and improve processes, systems and tools that enhance planning efficiency and program evaluation. • Collect and analyze attendee feedback to identify opportunities for program enhancements and future innovation. • Ability to be in the office weekly and travel 30% of the time WHAT YOU NEED: Required: • Bachelor’s degree • 6+ years of work experience Preferred: • 3+ years direct work experience in meeting, conference or special event planning • Experience in meeting, conference or special event planning in the medical device/healthcare industry $105,100 - $172,300 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
