We’re looking for a high-energy, high-ownership Leads Manager to control deal flow and be the voice of our fast-growing real estate investment company. Full Job Description: Location: Springtown, TX (Greater Fort Worth / DFW Area – Hybrid: In-Office & Remote) Compensation: $35,000 base + commission, realistic earnings $50,000 – $80,000, with top-tier potential to reach six figures + $2,500 sign-on bonus + Paid Holidays & Vacation About the Role We’re looking for a high-energy, high-ownership Leads Manager to control deal flow and be the voice of our fast-growing real estate investment company. You’ll earn recognition, commission, and real impact for going above and beyond. This is a pivotal position in our business — you will be the first point of contact for sellers, turning initial conversations into qualified opportunities for our acquisitions team. The right person thrives on follow-through, precision, and delivering results inside a proven system.
