Responsibilities • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients through proactive communication and personalized service. • Identify new staffing opportunities by engaging in warm calling, networking, and leveraging marketing strategies. • Lead negotiations to secure staffing contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms that support client needs and organizational goals. • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from understanding client requirements to presenting qualified candidates. • Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track client interactions, sales pipelines, and account activity efficiently. • Collaborate with internal teams to align staffing solutions with client expectations while maintaining high service standards. • Conduct market analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities in staffing and recruiting sectors. • Drive business development efforts by identifying B2B sales prospects and expanding the company's client base through strategic outreach. • Demonstrate leadership by guiding junior team members in sales techniques, negotiation skills, and account management best practices. • Maintain clear communication channels with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly. Experience • Proven success in B2B sales or account management within staffing, recruiting, or technology sales environments. • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals effectively while building lasting relationships. • Experience in business development activities including cold calling, warm calling, and marketing outreach strategies. • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing customer data and sales pipelines. • Knowledge of technical sales or staffing solutions related to technology sectors is highly desirable. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to analyze client needs and present tailored solutions confidently. • Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a proactive approach to team collaboration and mentorship.
